Roles and Responsibilities of VONE
- Mobilization of trainees across INDIA.
- Counseling of trainees about rules & regulations of training.
- Identify industrial training partners across India in various sectors for OJT.
- Providing support to the trainees in initial lodging & boarding arrangement.
- Documentation & Deployment of trainees for On Job Training.
- Enrolment of trainees into various Job Roles of different SSC as per their training/work profile.
- Arrangement of face-to-face / mobile-based Training.
- Processing the Payroll of trainees.
- Taking insurance of Trainees.
- Provide On-the -Job (OJT) online & offline theory classes to the trainees.
- Supporting Assessment & certification of training as per training scheme guidelines.
